Yes, you read the title right. There are plenty of good reasons why you should eat meat. Including meat in moderation in your diet nourishes your body with essential nutrients that cannot be obtained from plant products. So, what are these top reasons?

Protein is best taken from meat. Red or otherwise, meats are high on proteins that have biological value. While red meat does contain more fat than white meat, it does pack in essential nutrition and is beneficial for the body when eaten in moderate amounts.
